A Note on Templates
Templates are a starting point, not a finish line. The best review responses feel personal — they reference something specific from the reviewer's experience. Use these as a structure, then add one specific detail from the actual review to make it yours.
5-Star Review Templates
Template 1 — General enthusiastic praise:
"Thank you so much — this genuinely made our day! We work hard to create a great experience and it means everything when customers notice. We hope to see you again soon!"
Template 2 — Staff mentioned by name:
"Thank you for the kind words about [Name]! They truly are exceptional, and we're lucky to have them on the team. We'll make sure they see this. Looking forward to your next visit!"
Template 3 — Specific product or service praised:
"So glad you loved the [specific item/service]! It's one of our favorites too. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review — it means a lot to the whole team."
Template 4 — First-time customer:
