ReviewMate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Eledec, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use ReviewMate (“the Service”).
1. Information We Collect
Waitlist email: When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address to notify you when the Service launches.
Google account data: When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Business Profile information, including business name, location, and authorized profile access, using OAuth 2.0.
Review data: We retrieve your Google Business Profile reviews via the Google Business Profile API to generate AI-powered responses on your behalf.
Account and billing data: When you subscribe, we collect account information (name, email) and payment data is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store payment card numbers.
Usage data: We may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and usage logs to operate and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the ReviewMate service
- To generate AI-powered responses to your Google reviews
- To post responses to Google Business Profile on your behalf (only when you authorize)
- To process subscription payments and send billing notifications
- To notify you of service updates, new features, or important account information
- To improve and debug the Service
3. Data Storage
Azure: Waitlist signups and application data are stored in Microsoft Azure Table Storage and Azure Static Web Apps, hosted in the United States (East US region).
Supabase: User account and application data may be stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), which is hosted in the United States.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services
Anthropic: We use the Anthropic Claude API to generate review response text. Review content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Google: We use the Google Business Profile API to retrieve reviews and post responses. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Your Rights
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data. We will comply within 30 days, subject to legal or billing obligations.
- Opt-out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Transactional emails (billing, security) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
- Disconnect Google: You may revoke ReviewMate's access to your Google account at any time via your Google account settings.
- Data portability: You may request an export of your data in a common format.

6. Cookies
We may use session cookies or local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Children's Privacy
ReviewMate is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
